Edward James Olmos Joins “Green Hornet” Cast

According to MTV’s website Edward James Olmos of Battlestar Galactica fame, has been tapped to join the cast of The Green Hornet movie. Seth Rogan is set to play the title role in the movie, with Nicolas Cage playing an unspecified villian and Cameron Diaz playing the love interest.
There’s no word yet on what part Olmos will be playing. Hornet has had its share of trouble behind the scenes, with the departure of original director Stephen Chow, who was also set to star as Kato in the film. Despite these issues and others Hornet is set to start filming later this year and to be released next summer.

This is a no brainer on casting Kato. Donny yen is the perfect choice for this. He’s a true bruce lee fan, has portrayed him on the big screen several times, and has the right height, weight and build to fill the role.
