Megan Fox is trying really hard to destroy her career. After spewing all kinds of memorably stupid quotes recently, she decided that it'd be cool to insult director Michael Bay, who helmed the first two Transformers movies and will probably helm the third. She called him socially "awkward," off-set, but compared him on-set to Hitler. Oh, and she also made allegations that he ran an unsafe set. Did she not enjoy starring in multi-million dollar blockbusters? She must not, because she's doing all she can to get herself kicked out of the next Transformers film.
Apparently, she finally got through to several crew members of the summer smash hits, who posted an anonymous letter on Michael Bay's website absolutely trashing the actress. Lots of names were thrown around -- Fox was called both "dumb as a rock" and a "grumpy" "queen of talking trailer trash and posing like a porn star," who lacked class and grace. The letter often veered off toward Fox's acting abilities, saying that the three crew members "had the unbearable time of watching her try to act on set." The letter also poked fun at comparisons between Fox and actress Angelina Jolie, "Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she's no Angelina. You see, Angelina is a professional."
Michael Bay apparently didn't agree, because he removed the letter from his website fairly quickly. In fact, strangely enough, he seems to be okay with Fox's comments about him -- though he doesn't "condone" them, or the letter from the crew.
"[Megan's] crazy quips are part of her crazy charm. The fact of the matter is I still love working with her, and I know we still get along. I even expect more crazy quotes from her on Transformers 3," Bay posted.
Now that Fox realizes that she can get away with it, we should be expecting plenty of crazy quotes from her, probably even before Transformers 3 even starts shooting.
